WHO WE ARE
It all started in Italy with the Di Lucia`s family back 1954. Di Lucia`s family is one of the most traditional families in the bread manufacture in Italy and we are honored to have the third generation of the family as our head baker. We use authentic Italian and European style recipes and a tradition and expertise of over 65 years in everything we do. We are big to serve any client`s need and small to take care of details.
WHAT WE DO
Bread & Bread specializes in mass production of specialty artisan breads. Our state of the art production lines are capable of manufacturing many kinds of breads, pastries, cakes as well as niche products such as Brazilian Cheese Buns (pão de queijo), Colombian Pan de Bono, Arepas, among others.

We attend food service and retail clients serving with the right formats, flavors, flexibility and convenience. All of our products are produced, baked (or par-baked), flash frozen and sold frozen in order to keep its freshness and taste. We are capable of duplicating and improving any bread recipe in accordance with our client needs.
Bread & Bread now offers a new line of nutritious breads: High Protein Bread (low carb), Chia Bread, Quinoa Bread and European Corn bread. Those are the next generation of bread that only we have in the USA!

Our factory is located in Miami-FL near the MIA airport and close to the largest shipping points in South Florida.
